Delete Your WeDeyForYou Account
This page explains how customers and artisans can request deletion of a WeDeyForYou account and associated personal data.
How To Request Deletion
- Email hi5@wedeyforyou.com using the subject line Delete My WeDeyForYou Account.
- Include the phone number or email address linked to your customer or artisan account.
- Tell us whether the account is a customer account, artisan account, or both.
- We may ask for additional verification before deleting the account to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
What We Delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize account information that is no longer needed, including profile details, contact details, app account data, and other personal information associated with the account where deletion is legally and operationally possible.
What We May Keep
We may retain limited information where required or reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment, payout, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, safety, or compliance purposes. For example, transaction records, payout records, support/dispute records, fraud-prevention logs, and legally required business records may need to be retained for a limited period.
